The high-frequency
transformer is a new kind of
main transforming power
component which adopts
good-quality and high-frequency
Fe-oxidized material as its
magnetic core. It provides high

scope of stablzing voltage and

isolation. It is widely used in
many fields such as efficient
main, audio-frequency
transforming, microwave
communication of CRT line
scanning drive etc. At present
it has been commonly used in
various kinds of products such
as CTV, monitor, DVD, and
computer, illumination, etc.

core of low loss, high magnetic
flux density, and it has little
over-temperature.

frequency:20KHz-500KHz.
¡¡3. Style of working
circuit:single-pole positive
stimulating type,single-pole
negative stimulating type,push-pull
type and bridge type.
¡¡4. Heat resistance class:B
class 5.The safe parameter is in
accordance with the standards of
UL,VDE,CE,IEC,etc.

¡¡1. The switch main
transformer should be designed
and selected according to the
parameters of working circuit
type,output power,working
frequency,etc.
¡¡2. The signal transformer
should be selected according to
the parameters of signal
frequency,standing wave
demand,insertion loss and
impedance,etc.
¡¡3. The construction type of
high-frequency transformer
should be selected in accordance
with parameter demands and
feasible economy.Usually
EE,EER(EC),EI,EP and PQ types
are used for the construction.
¡¡4. The out-line of
transformer can be distributed
according to the customer's PCB
board.When using the
transformer,Customers must make
sure that it has been correctly
connected.Any worng connection
could damage the whole
machine,or the machine would not
work properly.

The power wave filter is a

principle.It has fine

Fe-oxidized or Fe-Ni alloy as
magnetic core.It is mainly
used in filtering wave,storing
energy,choke and CRT field
scanning linearization.This
component is widely used as
one of the three basic units
of electric circuit.

¡¡1. When customers order a
power wave filter and
sensor,they should be well
aware of the parameter demands
such as volume of the
products,current and
inductance etc.Regarding line
inductance,customers also
should be aware of the direct
current overlap magnetization
curve.
¡¡2. When a wave filter works
under the condition of
approaching zero magnetic,the
inductance of the two coils
should be
equal.Therefore,while using it
,do not adjust it at option.
¡¡3. Wave filters are usually
divided into the following
types according to magnetic
core construction:UF(UU)type,ESQ
type,RING type etc.
¡¡4. Sensors are usually
divided into the following
types according to magnetic
core construction:drum
type,ring type,rod type,etc.
